The ability to create, edit and delete reservations on TableCheck Manager.
This also includes the ability to:
|Modify Reservation Tables||The ability to assign, move and unassign reservations from tables on TableCheck Manager.|
|Remove Tables from Reservation||The ability to create and amend reservations without having to assign it to a table.|
|Lock Reservation Tables||
The ability to access the Table Lock function.
|Modify Blockages||The ability to create, amend and delete Blocks.|
|Modify Allocations||The ability to create, amend and delete Allocations.
This feature is currently only for venues who are opted in with Resuraku's services.
|Stop Online Reservations||The ability to access the Online Stop function.|
|Modify Customers||The ability to create new customer profiles and amend existing customer profiles within TableCheck Manager.|
|View Customer Contacts||The ability to view the contact information (phone numbers and email addresses) within a customer profile.|
|Merge Customers||The ability to merge multiple customer profiles.
Merging of customer profiles is still possible even if Modify Customers permission is disabled.
The ability to view membership details. Membership details can be located in the Membership tab within a customer profile if feature is enabled.
Membership tab will not be visible if the customer's profile does not have existing membership details.
|Modify Memberships||The ability to view and add or amend membership details to customer profiles.|
|View Payments||The ability to view any payment transactions.
Viewing payment transactions are only enabled with our Credit Card Integration feature.

|Capture Payments (Charge)||The ability to access the Capture function for reservations with preauthorization holds. The ability to capture cancellation fees is still possible even if this permission is disabled.
Capture button is still visible to the user if this permission is disabled, but inaccessible.
|Refund Payments||The ability to carry out refunds on prepaid reservations or captured authorization holds.|
|Void Payments (Auth Cancel)||The ability to void any preauthorization hold.
Void button is still visible to the user if this permission is disabled, but inaccessible.
|Skip Payment Request||The ability to skip the Payment Request window when prompted by the system upon creating a new reservation.|
|Modify Settings||The ability to access Sheets, Tables (excluding Table Combos and Table Priority settings), Shops and Widget setting.
Menus can only be viewed but not edited with this permission alone.
|Modify Menu & Online Booking Rules||The ability to create, amend and delete Menu Items and Menu Categories. This permission also grants the user access to TableCheck Portal, Chain and Promo Codes settings.|
|Modify Menu Quantity Limits||The ability to access and manage Menu Quantity Limits per menu item.|
|Modify Table Combos / Priorities||The ability to access the Table Combos and Table Priority functions within Tables setting.|
|Modify Turnovers||The ability to access Turnover function available in Sheets, Tables and Menu setting.

|Modify Roles||The ability to access, create, amend and delete the Roles setting.|
|Enable Phone Integration (CTI)||The ability to access and manage the Phone Integration (CTI) pop-up screen.
Phone Integration (CTI) is an optional add-on feature.

|Export Customers (Limited)||The ability to export customer profiles from TableCheck Manager, up to 200 records.|
|Export Customers (Full)||The ability to export customer profiles from TableCheck Manager, up to 50,000 records.
Please contact our support desk at email@example.com should you wish to export more than 50,000 customer profiles for assistance.
|Export Daily Pack||The ability to export Daily and Monthly reports from TableCheck Manager.

|Email Magazine||The ability to export customer profiles to Benchmark (an integrated third-party Email Marketing service).
A Benchmark account has to be created prior to using this function.
|Export Other Data||
The ability to export other data within the system.
From TableCheck Manager - Reservation data from the List view, and reservation data from the All Reservations search form.
From TableCheck Settings - Table data from the Tables setting, menu data from the Menus setting, Audit Trail records (up to 31 days per export), and Payment reports.
Please ignore this permission setting as it has yet to be implemented at this moment.
