You may use this function in the event you wish to refund a prepaid reservation of a charged cancellation fee.
Refund Process
1. Firstly, move to the date of the reservation you wish to process a refund.
Next, locate the reservation in the "Payments" tab under "Pre-Pay".
2. Select the "Refund" button of the corresponding reservation which you would like to refund
the sale.
3. Select an updater.
4. Verify that the information is correct before clicking on the "Refund" button.
Should you want to do a partial refund, enter the desired amount in the "Amount to Refund"
field, and click on the "Refund" button.
