|A. How to resend payment request within the payment request deadline|
|1．Click Payment Pending on the Reservation Detail screen|
|2．Payment Request screen will be displayed. Click Send button.|
|B. What will happen if payment is not made within the payment deadline|
If payment is not made within the payment deadline (no credit card information is entered), the pending reservation will time out and it will be automatically deleted.
You cannot resend a payment request for an expired reservation, you will need to create a new reservation again.
Payment Expired button will not be displayed after the reservation date.
|A Res. Expired SMS will be automatically sent to the customer.|
