After creating a manual reservation on the Manager system, the system prompts to send SMS via a pop-up while saving the reservation.
It is also possible to send the reservation details in an SMS after the reservation has already been created and saved, by following the below steps.
1.Open Reservation Details screen of the desired reservation and click SMS callout icon. | |

2.Click Send on the SMS screen after confirming all the details on the screen are correct

When you send it, an SMS will be sent to the customer's phone number as a notification from the shop Also, unlike SMS sent when the reservation is accepted, Remind email will not be sent automatically the day before the reservation date. |

Customer can check the reservation details by accessing the URL in the SMS |

A confirmation button will be displayed on the reservation confirmation page one week prior to the reservation date. If the customer clicks the button, the reservation status on the Manager system will be changed to Accepted.
