When there is a need to create a block for the same timeslot across multiple days, or on designated days of the week, a reoccurring block may be created for convenience.
(This feature is only be able for Online Only blocks.)
Please note of the following:
- Only users with Modify Blockages permission have access to this function.
- Reoccurring blocks are only applied on the days indicated for the floor plan you created them on.
If your shop is using multiple floor plans, it is necessary to create your reoccurring block on each floor plan.

| 1. Click the Block button after selecting the table(s) you wish to block. | |

| 2. Click the Repeat Block option. | |

| 3. Enter the Start Date, End Date, and toggle the Day(s) of the Week you would like your Reoccurring Block to appear on. | |

It is important to take into account the reservation duration when creating your blocks.
(Reservations that are shorter than the default reservation duration, will not be created on TableCheck page.) Here is an example:
If the default reservation duration is set to 2 hours, and a block was made for 16:00 hrs - 17:30 hrs, a TableCheck online reservation cannot be made at 15:00 hrs as the end time of the reservation will exceed into the blocked time. |

| 4. Enter the Time Range and toggle the Meal Period(s) you would like your Reoccurring Block to appear on, and click on Save when you are done. | |
