Booking Theme provides the venue the ability to modify and customize the design of the venue's TableCheck online booking form.
Customizable features include flexibility with color templates, background and banner images, favicon images and more.
Note: 1. This feature is only available with TableCheck's New Booking Form. 2. Access to this feature is controlled by the Modify Themes permission in Role settings. |

Setting up
1. Go to Bookings on the left panel, and select Booking Theme under it.
2. Click on the New Booking Theme button to begin creating your theme.
Booking Theme fields
Basic information
① Name | Give your Booking Theme a name for internal reference. |

② Enabled? | Please toggle this setting if Booking Theme is to be active. |
③ Show Venue Name |
Please toggle this setting if you wish to display the venue name at the top of the booking form. |
④ Enabled Modes | Indicate if you would like to be able to create a theme for Light or Dark mode (or both). |
⑤ Venue Selection | Indicate the venue(s) you would like to apply your Booking Theme to. |
⑥ Favicon Image |
Favicon image that appears on browser tab. |
⑦ Preview Image |
Image that appears when your TableCheck link is shared in chat spaces. If a Preview Image is not used here, uploaded Banner Image will be applied when sharing links.

Color for buttons and page header. |

Venue logo can be used here. |

Image to lay on the background of venue logo. |
⑤ Use Banner Shade Overlay |
Applies a dark shade over your banner image to allow your venue logo to stand out. |
⑥ Page Background Image |
Image to display outside of surface area when accessing booking page from desktop and tablet devices. |
⑦ Surface Background Color |
Color for the booking form's surface. |
⑧ Header Background Color |
Color for page header. |
⑨ Page Background Color |
Color for the area outside of booking form's surface if Page Background Image is not used. This is only visible when accessing booking page from desktop and tablet devices. |
⑩ Body Text Color |
Color for the texts that will be displayed on your booking form. |
⑪ Subtle Text Color |
A lighter variant of the Body Text Color for menu descriptions and detailed information. |
⑫ Element Text Color |
Color for header title and button text. |
