You can create a survey that will be sent to customers who make reservations through TableCheck.
The survey will be sent to customers' SMS/e-mail addresses used in their reservations around 10:00 AM the next day.
The results of the survey can be viewed in "Insight".

1. Select "Surveys" on the Settings screen.
2. Select "New survey" in the Surveys screen that will open in a new tab.
3. Select "Recommended template" or "Blank template".
Recommended Template:Food/taste/ambience/service/price questions are set by default.
Venues |
Indicate the venues you wish this survey to be active for. |
Meals |
Indicate the meal periods you wish to enable this survey for. Selected meal periods are darkened. |
Survey Editor |
Clicking "Open Editor" will take you to the survey content editing screen. |
Start date and end date |
Indicate the date range in which the survey should be active. (Optional) |
Filter by flag/label |
If you wish for the survey to skip certain customers/reservations or only be sent to certain customers/reservations, you can indicate the attributes here. (Optional) Attributes that can be filtered:

Edit Intro
Click the "Done" button in the lower right corner after filling out each field.

Edit Ending
Ending Title |

You may add a hyperlink to the ending of your survey. The message content of the hyperlink can be up to 50 characters. |
Enable multiple endings |
You can change the displayed survey completion screen according to the average review score. |
※If a customer has already answered the survey, a message stating that they have already answered the survey will be displayed. |
4. Select "Preview" from the "..." (menu button) of the created survey.
Unlike the creation screen, the actual response screen can be previewed.
5. If there are no problems, select "Activate" to activate the survey.
