After creating Walk-in, it is possible to edit it to add a Customer profile to it. This can be achieved through the below tabs.
Floor
1. Select the Walk-In to which the customer profile has to be added and click Edit Reservation button at the bottom.

2. Click Customer on the Reservation Form

Case 1: Customer profile already exists in the system.
3. Search for the customer and click on the profile matched as per the conditions.

4. Click Add to Reservation and Save.


5. Select the user who updated the Walk-in.

The customer profile is added to the Walk-in as shown below.

Case 2: A new customer profile has to be created and added to the Walk-in.
3. Click Create New Customer

4. Enter the customer information and click Save and Add to Reservation, and Save


You can see that the customer profile is added to the Walk-in.

Timetable
1. Select the Walk-In to which the customer profile has to be added.

2. Click Edit Reservation button on the Reservation Details screen.

3. Click Customer in the Reservation Form.

4. Search for the customer in Customer tab and click on the profile shown on the right.

5. Click Add to Reservation and Save


5. Select the user who edited the Walk-in.

You can see that teh customer profile tagged to the Walk-in as shown below.
