All TableCheck page reservations made are created and updated in the Manager console in real-time, with measures in place to prevent double-booking occurrence.
By default, TableCheck page reservations are automatically accepted and assigned to a table determined by the setting preferences you have in place.
Managing Online Booking Notifications
All TableCheck page booking entries (New, Amend and Cancel) serve as a notification for your acknowledgement, simply click OK to process the notification.
Take note especially to any requests that diners have included in their booking.
New Booking
Modified Booking
Time and date of the amendment will be recorded as a reservation memo for your reference.
Cancelled Booking
Time and date of the cancellation will be recorded as a reservation memo for your reference.
A Cancel Reason can also be found as indicated by the customer.
