Gone are the days restaurants have to manually manage waiting lists on the paper lists and books with TableCheck's updated Door Waitlist feature!
In addition to the initial release where users are able to register for diners in TableCheck Manager to the Waitlist, in this latest release diners are now able to register themselves onto your Waitlist through a QR code and see how many parties are ahead of them at time of registration.
Venue users will also be able to see this added individuals on TableCheck Manager and call for the diners in their preferred sequence.

1. Diner Online Waitlist Registration A new online waitlist screen is now available for diners to access through a simple QR code without direct assistance of the venue staff, allowing for a more efficient registration process. 2. Groups Waiting Ahead Upon successful registration to the online waitlist, diners are able to view the number of groups ahead of them. This allows diners to estimate the approximate waiting time to their turn. Groups Ahead screen can be configured to either show either the total number of groups waiting before the registered diner, or to show the number of groups for different party sizes for a more accurate estimate for the diner. Groups Ahead waiting screen will automatically update every 15 seconds. 3. Email Optional for Waitlist Registration When registering for the online waitlist, you are able to configure if diners are required to enter their email address during the process. Email field can be set to Hide, Optional or Required. If the diner provides their email address during the registration process, both SMS and email confirmation will be sent upon successful registration. 4. CTA Button on Confirmation Page You are now able to add one optional Call-To-Action button to display on the registration completion page. Both URL destination and button text will be customizable. |
