2. Enhanced Customer Profiles & Easier Search
We have introduced several improvements to how customer data is stored and searched, making it more accurate and efficient.
a. Improved Customer Tags
Previously, dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian) were registered as customer tags, which meant they were not reflected in reservation details and could be overlooked. Similarly, information such as handedness, water preferences, and smoking habits was not displayed during the reservation process, increasing the risk of missing important details.
With this update, these preferences have been moved to the appropriate sections and will now be correctly reflected in reservations. This ensures that guest preferences are properly considered, allowing for a more personalized and higher-quality service experience.

b. Search Customers Using the Last Four Digits of Their Phone Number
You can now search for customers using the last four digits of their phone number on the following screens:
-
Desktop: Customer Search / Advanced Customer Search > Phone Number Search
-
Mobile: Phone Number Search during the reservation process
Please note that partial search functionality was already available on list views, floor views, and other search screens.
c. Indonesian & Chinese Salutations
TableCheck Manager now supports customer salutations in additional languages - Chinese and Indonesian. This allows staff to address guests using the appropriate titles, enhancing communication and service quality.
To enable this feature, navigate to:
TableCheck Settings > Venues > Venue > App tab > Show Customer Salutation.
