Feature Enhancements
We have released the following 2 enhancements on TableCheck Manager:
1. TableCheck Online page URL on TableCheck Manager
2. Nationality field in Customer Profile
1. TableCheck Online page URL on TableCheck Manager
You can now open TableCheck Online page from TableCheck Manager itself. You can also copy the page URL without actually opening the page.
Click the Hamburger icon at the top right of TableCheck Manager, and select Booking Form Link.
You will see a list of all venues in your franchise. Click the appropriate buttons to either open the booking page or copy the page URL as shown below.
If the number of venues in the franchise is more than 10, a Search bar would appear where you can conveniently search for a venue instead of scrolling & manually looking for it in the list.
2. Nationality field in Customer Profile
You can now enter Nationality of your customers in their profile. Having a specific field for entering nationality will help you analyze your customer landscape better, such as whether your venues are popular amongst guests from a specific country. It will also help you in segmenting your audience based on nationality and sending them relevant eDMs.
To enter Nationality for a customer, edit the customer profile and click Nationality.
You will see a list of countries from which you can select the desired one. You can also search for the desired country in the Search bar as highlighted in yellow below.

Please note: 1. The first country displayed in the list is always the country in which your venue is based. The remaining 9 countries at the top are the ones with the highest influx of tourists for your country. 2. The ability to filter customers by nationality will be released in future. |
