Modify Reservations
The ability to create, edit and delete reservations on the Manager system.
This also includes the ability to:
- Change Reservation Status
- Upload Images
- Send out Email / SMS Confirmation
Lock Reservation Tables
The ability to access the Table Lock function on the Manager system.
Stop Online Reservations
The "Online Stop" button will be enabled in the Manager system, under the
"Calendar" tab.
The button allows you to turn off online bookings (whole day) day by day.
Modify Customers
The ability to amend customer information on the Manager system.
Merge Customers
Access to the merging of profiles function on the Manager system.
※ You can still access this function when you don't have the permission to
"Modify Customers".
Modify Settings
This permission grants you access to the following settings:
- Sheets
- Menu
- Tables (excluding Table Combos and Table Priority)
- Shops
- Tablecheck Portal
- Status
- Widget
Modify Table Combos/Priorities
The ability to create and make changes to table combos and priorities on the Settings screen, in Table settings.
Modify Turnovers
The ability to create and make changes to the "Turnover" feature within Sheets, Menus and
Tables.
Modify Paces
Access to the "Pace Rules" settings will be made available in the Settings screen,
along with the ability to create and make changes to the pace rules.
Modify Booking Sites
Access to the "Booking Sites" settings will be made available in the settings screen, where it is possible to manage the various OTAs (such as Chope, HungryGoWhere etc.)
View Memberships
Access to view the "Membership" tab, which appears in the customer profile in the
Manager system.
※ If there are no existing memberships for that customer, then the tab will still not be visible.
Modify Memberships
The ability to view, edit and add membership information into the customer profile,
in the Manager system.
View Payments
Access to the "Payments" tab, which is available on the Manager system.
All prepayment and deposit transactions will be visible in this tab.
※ The tab will still not be available if shop does not make payments setting available.
Modify Payments
The ability to view, request, release or refund credit deposits / prepayments.
※ The tab will still not be available if shop does not make payments setting available.
Send Shop Notice
The ability to mass send SMSes or Emails to all customers with upcoming reservations on a
specified date.
(Mostly used for last minute emergencies like pipe burst in restaurant.)
Skip Payment Request
Users with this permission checked, will not be able to request payments when making a
manual reservation on the Manager system.
Modify Users
Access to the "Users" setting in the settings screen.
With this permission role, users will also have the ability to create and edit login accounts.
Modify User Passwords
The ability to amend the passwords of other users within the "Users" settings screen.
Modify One-Time Password (OTP)
If this permission role is enabled for a user, that user will be able to opt for a one-time
password as an added layer of security when logging in.

Modify Franchise
This permission grants you access to the "Chain" and "Flag" settings, available
in the settings screen.
It will also allow you to add, edit and delete the chains and flags accordingly.
Modify Roles
Access to the "Roles" setting in the Settings screen, and the ability to
create, edit and delete roles.
Enable Phone Integration (CTI)
Enabling this permission role will allow the CTI panel to be displayed on the Manager system when activated.
※ Requires the CTI setting to be enabled first.
Export Customers (Limited)
Ability to export customer data on the Manager system of up to 200 records.
Export Customers (Full)
Ability to export customer data on the Manager system of up to 5000 records.
※ If more than 5000 records is required to be exported, please contact your support
consultant for assistance. It would take some more time to export
Export Daily Pack
Ability to export daily and monthly reports from the Manager system.
Email Magazine
Ability to to share extracted customer data with the Mail Magazine Tool (Benchmark).
※ As integration is required for this to work, kindly contact your support consultant for
assistance, if you wish to use this feature.
Export Other Data
Ability to export the following data:
- List of all tables (settings screen)
- List of all menu items (settings screen)
- Audit trail history for any specific period of up to 31 days (settings screen)
- Payment report (settings screen)
- List of all open dates in the Manager system
- A list of all reservations within a specific date range (Manager system)
Import Data
*Please ignore this setting as it has yet to be implemented yet.*
