Status List
There are certain statuses that carry out additional actions when selected.
Such actions may include sending out of emails and SMS to diners.
The tentative status can be used to represent temporary reservations. Reservations of this status will not receive an SMS confirmation even if you try to send it. |

Status represents definite reservations. | |
Status will automatically be updated to Confirmed from Accepted when diner clicks on the Confirm Your Reservation button. Note: This button is only displayed between 24 hours after the reservation has been made, and from 1 week before the reservation date. |

Indicates that the customer will be late. | |
Indicates that the customer did not answer when called. | |
Indicates that a voicemail has been left for the customer. | |
Indicates that the phone number recorded in customer profile is wrong. | |
Reservations can be cancelled manually by selecting this status. Status will also be automatically updated when diners click on the Cancel button from their reservation link. Whether manual or updated automatically, diner will receive an email notifying them of the cancellation. Changing the status to Cancelled, will add the cancelled record to the customer counter. |

Changing to the No Show status any time during the reservation, diner will receive an email notifying them. No Show record will also be updated to the customer counter. |

Changing the status to Deleted will not result in the diner being notified by Email/ SMS. Customer counter will also not be affected by this change in status. |
The following statuses are used after the arrival of diners.
Reservations of these statuses will have their colors reflected on the Floor Plan screen.
Indicates customer has arrived at the restaurant. | |
Indicates that some of the reservation party has arrived at the restaurant. | |
Reservations with the Waiting status will also appear on the Waitlist tab on the Floor Plan screen. Clicking Add to Waitlist from the Waitlist tab will create reservations with Waiting status as well. |

This status is automatically applied to Walk-Ins created. If your shop includes POS integration, reservation status will also be updated to Seated whenever a POS check is opened. |

Indicates that some of the reservation party has been seated at their table. | |
Triggers a SMS alert to the diner from the Waitlist tab when the status is changed to Paged. This is to inform them that their table is ready. | |
Indicates that the reservation party is now having their First Drink. | |
Indicates that the reservation party is on their Main Course. | |
Indicates that the reservation party is now having their Dessert. | |
If your shop includes POS integration, reservation status will be updated to Check Requested whenever a POS check is printed. | |
If your shop includes POS integration, reservation status will be updated to Check Paid whenever a POS check is paid. | |
The reservation duration is automatically shortened to leave 15 minutes at the point of when the status has been changed to Turnover. | |
Changing the reservation status to Ready, will complete the reservation and immediately move it to the finished tab. New reservations can then immediately be made at that table. |
Status Display Settings
1. Go to the Shop Settings.
2. Click on the cogwheel icon for the shop you wish to modify settings for.
3. Toggle the Show Status Before Reservation and Show Status After Reservation setting as required.
