Mailer Theme provides the venue the ability to modify and customize the design template of their email notifications sent out to diners.
Customizable features include flexibility with color template, inclusion of image headers and footers, hyperlinks and more.
Access to this feature is controlled by the Modify Themes permission in Role settings. Please contact TableCheck Support at global-support@tablecheck.com to have Mailer Theme activated for your venue. |

Setting up
1. On TableCheck Settings, go to Messaging and then select Mailer Templates.
2. Click New Mailer Theme button to begin creating your theme.
Mailer Theme fields
Basic information
① Name | Give your Mailer Theme a name for internal reference. |

② Enabled? | Please toggle this setting if Mailer Theme is to be active. |
③ Mail Types | Indicate the Mail Types you would like your Mailer Theme to be applied to. |
④ Venue Selection | Indicate the venue(s) you would like to apply your Mailer Theme to. |
Theme Colors
① Background Color |
Background space outside email content. |

② Surface Color | Background space within email content. |
③ Border Color | Borderline between the Background and Surface space. |
④ Title Color | Title / Header within email content. |
⑤ Text Color | Text within email content. |
⑥ Link Color | Any hyperlinks within email content. |
⑦ Button Color | Call for action buttons within email content. |
⑧ Social Bar Color | Background color for social icons. |
Map Theme
Map Theme settings will only be applied if Show Address setting is enabled in Mailer Configs.

Select your preference of either a Light or Dark map theme. Select Auto for the system to determine map theme based on your current color palette for you. |

Header & Footer
① Header Image |
You may upload an optional header image here of any size, however bear in mind that it may take longer to upload a considerably large image. For best results, we recommend using an image with an aspect ratio of 5:2. |

Indicate an optional URL link here for diners to be redirected to upon clicking on your header image. |
③ Footer Image |
You may upload an optional footer image here of any size, however bear in mind that it may take longer to upload a considerably large image. For best results, we recommend using an image with an aspect ratio of 5:2. |
④ Footer Image Link | Indicate an optional URL link here for diners to be redirected to upon clicking on your footer image. |
⑤ Footer Title | You may include an optional free text content title that will appear below your footer image. |
⑥ Footer Content HTML |
You may include an optional free text content with any additional information you would like to display to diners. Content can be HTML formatted. Please note that the same footer content will be displayed on all Email types (Reservation Confirmation, Reservation Cancellation etc.).As such, we do not recommend placing a "Thank You for Booking" message in this area. |
Social Links
You may include your venue's social media pages (up to 6) onto your Mailer Theme for diner's reference. Links will be displayed in the respective social media platform's badge icon.

Activating Mailer Theme
1. After successfully creating your mailer theme, you may send a test sample to yourself by clicking on the Test button.
2. Indicate the Mailer Theme in which you would like to test and click Submit to receive your test sample.
Please ensure you have at least 1 future reservation in your shop to be able to properly receive your test email.
Please ensure the address indicated in Email is a valid email address to receive your test email.
3. If you are using Mailer Theme for the first time, please reach out to global-support@tablecheck.com to have Mailer Theme activated for your venue, after creating the themes you would like to use, as a final step.
