With Mailer Configs you are given flexibility to show additional information in the diner notification emails on top of what is already available in Mailer Themes.

Access to this feature is controlled by the Modify Themes permission in Role settings. Please contact TableCheck Support at global-support@tablecheck.com to have Mailer Theme activated for your venue. |

Setting up
1. On TableCheck Settings, go to Messaging and then select Mailer Templates.
2. Scroll down on the right side of the page to find New Mailer Config button. Click it to begin configuring your mailers.
Mailer Theme fields
① Name | Give your Mailer Config a name for internal reference. |

② Venue Selection | Indicate the venue(s) you would like to apply your Mailer Theme to. |
③ Use Simple Action button |
If this is checked, a single button Manager your Reservation will be displayed instead of individual Call, View, Modify & Cancel buttons. If unchecked |
④ Show Call button |
If enabled, the following Call button will appear in your Mailer Theme. Clicking on the Call button will open Google Hangouts or any other calling app enabled on the diner's device. |
⑤ Show Address | If enabled, your venue's address and a Google Maps icon will appear in your Mailer Theme. |
⑥ Show Message |
If enabled, your venue's Message from Venue applied in your Venue Settings will be appear in your Mailer Theme. Click here to learn how to manage your Message from Venue. |
⑦ Show Cancellation Policy |
If enabled, your venue's Cancellation Policy & Cancel Fees applied in your Venue Settings will appear in your Mailer Theme. |
⑧ Show Promo |
If Promo Code is activated and diner has successfully applied one to their reservation, they will be able to view the redeemed code on their reservation notification. |
⑨ Show Special Request |
If enabled, diners would be able to view any Special Requests they had input at the point of reservation. |
⑩ Show Questions |
If enabled, diners would be able to view their answers to any venue questions or menu questions answered at the point of reservation. Check out our articles to learn how to set up Venue Questions and Menu Questions. |
⑪ Show Seat Category |
If enabled, diners would be able to view their specified Seat Category indicated at the point of reservation. Click here to find out more about managing Seat Categories. |
⑫ Room Number |
If enabled, diners would be able to view their specified Room Number indicated at the point of reservation. |
⑬ Show Purpose |
If enabled, diners would be able to view their specified Purpose of Visit indicated at the point of reservation. |
