In order to strengthen system security to ensure your diners' data remains safe, TableCheck is implementing 3 new security measures to safeguard your venues.
Any inconvenience with the introduction of these measures is deeply regretted, and we seek your understanding and cooperation.
1. Request for Browser Update by end of April
We recommend that venues utilize the latest version of supported browsers when accessing TableCheck. Please note that certain new features are not supported on outdated browser versions from end of April onwards, so please update your browser versions by then.
2. New Login Screen (with SSO Authentication)
-
TableCheck Settings (released 20th June)
- TableCheck Manager (planned for July 25)
*Schedules for release may be subjected to changes.
SSO authentication is a feature which allows you to log into multiple related applications with a single login authentication. Up till now, users were required to login separately on separate sites to access TableCheck Manager, TableCheck Settings and Insight. However, moving forward a single login screen will manage access to all applications. Along with this update, the TableCheck's login page URL will be changed, so please ensure to have your credentials ready for manual sign-in.
3. Complex Password Required
At present passwords are only required to be 8 characters long, however moving forward complex passwords would be required when updating new passwords.
*Schedules for each measure release may be subjected to changes.
