Feature Update | Easily move existing reservations from one venue to another with the enhanced Copy Reservation function. |
---|
For properties with multiple venues, there may be situations where guests change their minds and decide to dine in at a different venue from their original reservation.
In the past, it was possible to copy the reservation to a secondary venue, but this leaves the original reservation in the first venue. This caused many users to forget to delete or update the original reservation which led to confusion operationally.
With the latest release, upon copying the reservation to a different venue, the system also updates the original reservation's status, reducing the number of steps required to make this happen.
