If you're using the CTI pop-up feature, you can view call history reports by exporting to Excel the call details such as the date, time, duration, customer phone numbers, etc.
1.Click [Phone Calls] from the menu on the left side of the Settings screen.
2.Set the ①Franchises, ②CTI Phones, and ③Date Range (up to 31 days).
If Checking Call History
3.Set the parameters and click the green [Search] button to display the call history down below.
Keep in mind that there is a limit to the number of calls that can be displayed at one time, so click the blue [Create Report] button to see all entries at once.
If Generating a Report
3.Set the parameters and click the blue [Create Report] button.
4.To open the report, click the download link that will be sent to your registered email address. Be aware that the link expires in 24 hours.
5.The report will appear in the following format if opened in Excel.
