My CTI display is not appearing / does not seem to be integrated.

I bought a new PC. Does the program have to be reinstalled?
There is no additional installation to be done. You may open your web browser and log into the Manager system as per normal.
How do I close the CTI display?
You may close the individual call entries. Once all have been cleared from the list, the CTI display is automatically closed.
※ Clearing call entries from one terminal, will cause the corresponding entries to be cleared on all terminals with the CTI
display open.
The CTI display can also be closed when you refresh your browser.
※ Refreshing your browser in one terminal, will only cause that terminal's CTI display to close. All other terminals with
CTI display open, will not be affected.
I have accidentally closed my CTI display. How do I retrieve the call history?
You may retrieve your call history by accessing the Call Log in the Manager system. Recordings of the calls (if any) may also be found there. Click here to learn how to access the Call Log.
Is it possible to extract / download the call history from the call log?
Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment.
Is it possible to download the audio recordings of the past calls?
It is currently only possible to play the audio recordings from the Manager system, downloads are unavailable at this moment.
Is it possible to restrict certain users from seeing the CTI display?
Is it possible to not show calls from certain shops?
