After an EDM campaign is sent, you can generate & export a report to see its results.
Please note that creating an EDM report requires EDM Export permission. If your account lacks this permission, please contact your administrator. For more details, refer to the following:
Creating a Report
1. On TableCheck Settings, select Engagement and then click EDM Marketing.
2. Click on the report icon located at the top.
3. Customize your report by indicating the Filter By, Start Date, End Date and Reports fields, and proceed by clicking Create & send.
Please check the box if you want to create a report to "Only include billable EDM data".
Filters
EDM Sent: Create the report based on the date the EDM was sent.
Reservation Created: Based on the date the reservation was created.
Reservation Start: Based on the day of the reservation itself.
Campaign: Based on a specific campaign.
Reports
Campaigns: Total deliveries, opens (rate), clicks (rate), and reservations (rate) for a specific campaign.
Blasts: In addition to the content generated by the campaign, the data including the Send (Blast) ID.
Deliveries: Check for bounces, skips, and spam.
Reservations: Verify the reservation status of customers who have opened/clicked on the newsletter.
Subscriptions: Verify subscribers to the newsletter and how they subscribed.
Unsubscriptions: Verify unsubscribers to the newsletter and how they did it.
*Bounce: An error that occurs when, for example, an email is sent to the wrong address.
Exclusion Reasons (Skips) are listed below.
dupe: If the same address is used multiple times, the duplicates will be skipped.
too_recent: If an EDM has been sent to the same address within 24 hours, it will be skipped.
prev_bounce: Addresses that "bounced" previously will be skipped.
prev_complaint: Addresses marked as spam previously will be skipped.
4. The EDM report (in excel format) will be sent to the email address you are logged in with. Use the password displayed on the screen to open the file.
Confirming Billable Reservations

Billing
Usage-based billing: Amount is based upon the contract.
*Since it is included in the basic features, there are no monthly usage fees or usage-based fees for the number of emails sent.
Valid Reservations
A reservation is considered valid if a link within the delivery email is clicked (*1) and an online reservation is made on TableCheck within 30 days from the date the email was sent, and the reservation is used. This also includes reservations made at affiliated venues shared within TableCheck.
*1 A "link" includes those in the email leading to the homepage, social media, special pages, TableCheck reservation pages, etc.
Determining Billable Amount
We will issue billing for all valid reservations at the end of the usage month, based on the actual visits recorded.
*Only reservations that are not marked as Cancelled, No Show, or Deleted are billable.
* Reservations with the statuses Cancelled, No Show, or Deleted are not billable.
For cancellations, please update the reservation status on the day it was scheduled. Additionally, ensure that all status verifications for the month are completed by 11:59 PM on the 2nd of the following month.
