We are currently experiencing the following bug regarding payments on TableCheck Manager.
Issue:
The notification number does not get updated on the Payments tab on TableCheck Manager if there has been an unprocessed/ unsuccessful card payment.
Also, if we click on the Payments tab, the notification number appears but it disappears when the page/ system is refreshed.
Venues likely to be affected:
If you are using the Credit Card integration feature and can see the setting Payment (v2) on TableCheck Settings system, it is probable that your venue(s) are experiencing this issue.
We are currently working to fix this issue, but if you are one of the affected venues, please click the Payments tab and check if there are any outstanding or failed transactions.
*If a diner is using "Temporary Credit Limit" and the limit is already exceeded, you might not be able to charge Cancellation fee.
