This article will explain why some reservations are marked as invalid upon a change of settings, and how to resolve them.
Existing reservations can be marked as invalid or unassigned after an operating shift change or irregular shift is applied due to the following;
- The arrival time or duration time of the reservation does not fit the updated operating shift.

A table with the same name as the one assigned to the reservation does not exist in the layout of the updated operating shift.
*If a table with the same name exists in the updated operating shift, it should automatically reassign, though this process can be delayed or fail.
Open the editing screen for the invalid reservation and adjust the arrival time/duration, or reassign the table.
