In TableCheck, you can set access restrictions in the following 2 ways.
- IP Address Restriction
- Two-factor Authorization
1. IP Address Restriction
IP addresses can be registered in TableCheck's console so that a user cannot access it from any other IP address.
IP Address Restriction is useful when Managers do not want staff or other users to be able to access either Settings or Manager system from their personal mobile phones or personal computers.
Please get in touch with your Account Manager to get IP Address restriction set-up.
2. Two-factor Authorization
In addition to the login ID and password, there can be an additional step added for secure login of the users by using Google Authenticator app.
The users for whom this additional step is set up, will have to enter the verification code displayed in the Google Authenticator App for every login.
Two-factor Authorization is recommended for users with roles Franchise Managers, Admins, etc. to prevent any unauthorized access to sensitive information and settings.
