Floor Legend

Reservations are broken down by Walk Ins, Web bookings etc. here in Groups as well as Persons.

Here is what these colours represent:

White: A table that does not have any reservation assigned to it at the current time or later in the day.

Yellow: A table that has a reservation assigned to it for a time later in the day.

Red: A table that has multiple reservations assigned to it for later in the day.

※All other colours are represented by the reservation status. (Refer to ⑫)

You will only see the Floor Section toggle tab when multiple sections have been created in your floor plan.

The reservations listed on the right side panel are section sensitive, so you will only be able to view reservations assigned to each section by toggling between the sections.
Reservations yet to be assigned to any table (marked with the  icon) will appear in all sections.

The bar here allows customization of what you would like displayed on the tables on your floor plan.

Here is what can be added to your table view:
(All samples below have both Table Name and Start Time toggled on.)

Table Display Options Screen	Description & Examples
	Displays the table name and reservation start time (up to 3 reservations).
	Displays the flags applied to the next upcoming reservation.
	Displays the Table Memo when cursor hovers over a table. ※ If using an iPad, press and hold to view table memo Click here to view our article on adding table memos.
	Indicates with an icon when a table has been disabled for online reservations on TableCheck Settings.
	Displays the customer's last name of the next upcoming reservation.
	Displays the time that the customer is shown to their seat. This time is determined by the time status was changed to [Seated] or upon creating a Walk-In
	Displays the start time of any online blocks created.
	Indicates any table which has restriction rules. Click here to view our article on adding table restrictions by user roles.
	Displays the party size of the next upcoming reservation.
	Displays the remaining time until the reservation is due to end.
	Indicates when the Table Lock feature has been enabled on any reservation.
	Shows the individual seat icons on a table based on table's maximum capacity on TableCheck Settings.

The tabs available here vary between today and past/future days.
In the case of past/future days, only the Reservations and Blocks tab will be available.

The search bar allows you to look for matching data across the reservations listed below.

You can search for any information pertaining to the reservation or its customer, including (but not limited to) customer's name, preordered menu name, flag name and customer tags.

Each header component can be clicked on to sort the listed reservations to that column accordingly.

Information pertaining to each reservation is displayed in the same sequence as the header as seen in ⑩.

[Start Time]

The reservation start time is displayed here.

It is possible to configure the time here to reflect the reservation's seated time instead.

[Table Name]

 : Indicates the table number assigned to the reservation.

 : The + sign next to the table name indicates that multiple tables are assigned to the reservation.

 : Indicates a reservation that is unassigned to any table.

[Customer]

In addition to the customer name displayed, here is a list of other information that will also be displayed:

• Party Name (can be enabled/disabled depending on shop's setting)
• Room Number (can be enabled/disabled depending on shop's setting)
• Reservation Memo
• Flags
• System Icons

The colour of the reservation status is reflected on the table it is assigned to on the floor plan when the time of the reservation has arrived, making it easier to visually grasp the current situation.
