Here on the Timetable screen, reservations can be viewed and managed by time slots, making it very easy to see table turnovers and available time slots all within the time axis.

⑧ Seating Capacity | ||||||
The seating capacity set for each table can be seen here. The capacity can be set from each table's setting properties. It is also possible to only display the maximum capacity, while hiding the minimum capacity in this column. |

⑨ Smoking/Non-Smoking | ||||||
An indicator of whether the table allows for smoking is shown in this column. This column is automatically hidden should all tables allow for smoking, or if all tables do not allow for smoking. This can be set per table's setting properties. |

⑩ Table Memo | ||||||
A table with a table memo is indicated with a black triangled corner. The memo can viewed by hovering your mouse over the table. If you are using an iPad, click and hold the table to view the memo. To learn how to set table memos, view our article here.

⑪ Cancelled/Deleted Tab | ||||||
Each reservation of [Cancelled], [No Show] and [Deleted] status can be found in their respective tabs. The tabs will indicate the count of reservations of each status. You may view the reservations stored by clicking the corresponding tabs.

⑫ Unassigned Reservations | ||||||
Reservations that are not yet assigned to any table, and are not of [Cancelled], [No Show] or [Deleted] status, will be stored under this tab. Please take note that if you have unassigned reservations, you run the risk of overbooking the restaurant from TableCheck. The system bases seat availability on unoccupied tables, and not number of covers or reservations all in real time.
The tab will indicate the count of reservations in this tab. You may view the reservations stored by clicking the tab. Clicking on reservations in this tab will bring up the reservation form on the right.
When the reservation panel opens, available table slots are indicated in green. Tables with conflicting reservations will not be shown in green.
Selecting a table that has a conflicting reservation will result in the following pop-up: Selecting Bump Table will allocate your current reservation to the selected table while unassigning the original reservation at that table.

⑬ Pace Rule | ||||||
The pace rule bar will only be displayed if Pace Rules has been enabled in your settings. At a glance, the overall pace rule capacity is represented by the coloured gauge.
What is a pace rule?A pace rule is a feature that controls your shop's reservation traffic based on number of persons dining in, and number of persons in the shop at any given time.

⑭ Block Lock | ||||||
Toggling the block lock allows you to manage existing blocks. (Block Lock OFF: ON:) By enabling Block Lock, you can easily create a reservation on Online Only block slots. ※The ability to amend blocks depends on your user access. User Access with Edit Block Permission

⑮ Fit to Screen | ||||||
This button optimizes the width of the timetable to fit the entire screen. Toggling this function will have your shop's start to end time displayed all within the screen without the need to scroll across the times. |
