New Feature: You can now add salutations (such as Mr., Mrs., etc.) to customer names!
Previously, TableCheck Manager did not have a dedicated field for registering salutations for customers hence the venues had to add them to customer notes or in the name field. This lack of a standardized field sometimes resulted in inconsistencies in customer database.
With this new release, venues can now register salutations in a straightforward & standard way, ensuring that customers are addressed with appropriate titles and enabling smoother, higher-quality service.
Enabling Salutations
1. Go to TableCheck Settings and select Venues under Venues. Click the cogwheel icon for the venue for which the Salutation has to be enabled.
2. Scroll down and tick the checkbox for Show Customer Salutation. Click Save.
Supported Languages
Addition of salutations is only available in the following 4 languages:
- English
- German
- Arabic
- Bahasa Malaysia
