It is possible to cancel a Payment request sent to a guest for a manually created reservation, by following the below steps:
1.Click the status Pending for the reservation you want to cancel the payment request | |
2.On the status screen, select a status other than current Pending. (Eg: Clicked Accepted here) |

When selected, the warning pops up. Select Yes if you want to go ahead with canceling the payment request. |

If you selected Yes, the status will be changed and the payment status will be changed Payment Skipped | |
