|A. How to resend payment request within the payment request deadline
|1．Click Payment Pending on the Reservation Detail screen
|2．Payment Request screen will be displayed. Click Send button.
|B. What will happen if payment is not made within the payment deadline
If payment is not made within the payment deadline (no credit card information is entered), the pending reservation will time out and it will be automatically deleted.
You cannot resend a payment request for an expired reservation, you will need to create a new reservation again.
Payment Expired button will not be displayed after the reservation date.
|A Res. Expired SMS will be automatically sent to the customer.
