When you create a reservation on your Manager system on customer's behalf, i.e when you create a reservation for a customer who called via phone, you can send the reservation details to the customer while saving the reservation.
Follow the beow steps to send a SMS to customer while saving the reservation:
1.Create a reservation on the Manager system | |
2.Send Send on the SMS pop-up screen that appears after selecting the creator of the reservation.
Please note the following.

The customer will receive an SMS wit the reservation details.

The customer can check the reservation details by accessing the URL in the SMS. |

Confirm Your Reservation will be displayed on the reservation confirmation page one week before the reservation date. If the customer clicks the button, the reservation status on the Manager system will be changed to Accepted.
