You can send Mass SMS/ Email to all customers through the Shop Notice feature on TS 3.0. The feature comes handy when you want to inform all your customers about something on a given day, for example: If the restaurant is closed for some reason and you need to cancel all reservations and also notify all your customers about it.
Please note the following.
- You need to have the necessary authorization to use this feature. If this feature is not available, please contact global-support@tablecheck.com.
- This is for sending only, It is not a 2-way SMS/ Email feature.
- All reservations on the date you send the notification (except for cancelled reservations) will receive SMS/Email. It is not possible to include/ exclude specific customers.
- Standard SMS charge will be applied.
How to Send Mass Email/ SMS | |
1.Click the cogwheel icon on the upper right of the Manager system and click Shop Notices | |
2.Click Create Shop Notice | |
3.Enter the desired message (amx 4000 characters) and Send |

When you send it, an SMS will be sent to the corresponding phone number as a notice from your outlet. |

If the customers have valid Email ID, they will receive an Email as an important notice from the shop. ※ It is possible to display any message in the body of the Email only for notification by email.

You can check the reservation details by accessing the URL mentioned in the SMS. If you enter a message, the text will be displayed as Shop Notice |
