You are able to generate and export a report for SMS Messages that were sent out by the system for your outlet(s).

Generating the Report
1. Select on the SMS Messages setting located on the left panel.
2. Fill in the fields to filter for the data you would like generated in your report accordingly.
3. Generate your report by clicking on Search to simply view the results on TableCheck Settings, or Create Report where a download link to the report will be sent to you via email as per your login ID.
List of Message Types
This is sent when the TableCheck SMS function is initiated.
|Reservation Accepted||This is sent when a reservation has been made either via TableCheck booking page, or manually by shop staff.|
|Reservation Amended||This is sent when the diner makes changes to their reservations through the TableCheck booking page.|
|Reservation Cancelled||This is sent when the diner's reservation has been cancelled.|
|Reservation Confirmation||This is sent at 12pm a day before the diner's upcoming reservation, if the diner has made their reservation at least 24 hours before time of reservation.|
|Reservation Reminder||This is sent at 12pm a day before the diner's upcoming reservation if condition is not met for Reservation Confirmation message type.|
This is sent when the Reservation Info SMS function is initiated.
This is sent when making use of the Reservation Notice function.
|Payment Request||This is sent when Prepayment is required to be made to secure the reservation.|
|Payment Request Expired||This is sent when Prepayment was not made prior to the Expiry Time the venue has set.|
|Payment Request Reminder||This is automatically sent after several hours of non-payment as a reminder.|
