1. TableCheckは、店舗様に代わって、店舗様が公式ウェブサイトに公開したコンテンツ情報（以下「Contents」といいます。）を、申込時の条件に従い、TableCheckマーケットプレイスに掲載いたします。 On behalf of the restaurant, TableCheck will post the contents published by the restaurant on its official website (hereinafter referred to as "Contents") on the TableCheck Portal in accordance with the conditions at the time of application.
2. 店舗様は、TableCheckに対し、Contentsに関する著作権（なお、日本の著作権法第２７条及び第２８に規定する権利を含む。）及びその他Contentsを国内外で利用するため必要なすべての権利を無償で許諾するものとします。 The restaurant shall grant TableCheck all the copyright related to the Content (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Japanese Copyright Act) and all other rights necessary to use, edit, share, and post the Content domestically and internationally. Granting such rights shall be free of charge.
3. Contentsが第三者の著作物である場合には、店舗様は、事前に、当該Contentsの著作権を譲り受けるか、利用するための許諾（TableCheckがこの規定に基づき利用するための許諾を含みます）を正当に得るものとします。 In cases of any Contents is copyrighted by a third party, the restaurant shall obtain the appropriate copyright and another rights assignment or permissions from the third party (including permissions to reuse for TableCheck) in advance.
4. 店舗様は、Contentsそのもの、及びTableCheckがContentsを利用することにつき、第三者の権利侵害がないことを保証します。なお、Contentsの公開によって生じた問題及び第三者によるクレームに関する対応は、店舗様が単独で、その費用と責任を負って解決するものとします。 The restaurant warrants that there is no infringement upon third-party rights with respect to the Contents itself and TableCheck’s use thereof, and shall resolve, at its own expense and liability, any issues or claims by third parties that may arise from the Content.
