If a new survey result has been received, users are able to view the feedback results on the individual profiles on TableCheck Manager.
Viewing Results for Individual Visits
When accessing the Past Visits list for any profile either in Reservation Details or Customers tab, users are now able to see the feedback icon if the diner has responded to a survey for any past visit.
Clicking on the feedback icon will display the detailed feedback received for the responded survey.
Viewing Overall Feedback for All Visits
When editing a customer profile, a new Feedback tab is now available to access a list of all received survey results for the specific diner.
| ① Overall Rating | This is the average score populated across all surveys with star-rated questions. |

| ② Star-Rated Survey Count |
This count informs you how many of the responded surveys contained star-rated questions. |
| ③ Venue Filter | Filter the feedback list based on venue-specific surveys sent. |
| ④ Feedback Preview | This column displays the text answer (if any) left by the diner from the first Open Text question in your survey. |
It is also possible to click on an individual feedback entry to view the full feedback of that specific survey result.
