By default, all phone numbers entered are registered as local numbers based on the country that your outlet is located in.
The country code that's being applied to the entered phone number is represented by the country flag next to it.
Adding A Foreign Phone Number
When entering a foreign phone number, simply add '+' followed by the country code of the number you wish to enter, and finally the phone number.
Doing so will prompt the system to change the flag to match the entered country code and indicate the country accordingly.
Alternatively, you may also select on the country flag to select from the country list instead.
Valid Numbers
Upon entering a valid phone number, the system will automatically apply the country's standard phone number format (with dashes '-' or spaces). Valid phone numbers are determined by the number of digits found in the phone number and valid area codes.
Invalid Numbers
Upon entering an invalid phone number, the field will be highlighted in red. This is simply an indication that the phone number may be wrong. Customer profiles with invalid phone numbers can still be saved.
