This article explains the different types of customer tags and preferences, and how to add them to customer profiles.
You can add four types of tags & preferences to customer information:
Customer Tag
Allergies
Preferences
Dislikes.
The added attributes will be displayed on the reservation details screen, making them easy to check at a glance.
How to Add Tags & Preferences to Customer Profiles
A. From Floor Tab
Step 1. Double-click the reservation linked to the customer profile you want to update, then click Edit Customer.
Step 2. Add tags and other preferences by selecting from the standard list on the right, or enter your own by typing them in.
b. From Customers Tab
You can also add tags and preferences from the Customers tab.
Step 1: Start by searching for the customer profile you wish to update.
Step 2: Select the matched customer and click Edit Customer.
Step 3: On the resulting page, add the information as demonstrated earlier.
