All changes made to a customer's profile are captured in the Audit Trail.
Date of Change - The date and time of any entry to the audit trail is recorded in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM format.
User of Change - The user who made the change will be recorded at the end of the entry.
When a user is not visible at the end of a particular entry, this means that the change was made directly by the customer, through online bookings via the TableCheck page or via system integrations such as POS.
