Reservations can be created from 3 different views on the Manager system: Floor, Timetable and Reserve
Irrespective of the view chosen to create the reservation, the overall process and the reservation fields that need to be added remain essentially the same.
1. Floor
Step 1. Click the Floor tab
Step 2. Select the date and the table on which you want to create the reservation, and click Reservation button at the bottom.
The Reservation Form will open up at the right side of the screen. The fields that highlighted red are the mandatory fields, without entering which the Save button will not be enabled.
Step 3: Click Time and select the desired reservation time and click Close
Step 4: Click the Person icon & select the desired pax (adults, kids, babies) and click Close
If pax>10, select it from the drop down list.
Step 5: Click Customers to enter the customer information.
Case 1: If the customer profile already exists in the system, search for the customer by name, phone number, etc. as shown below
Add the matching customer to the reservation by clicking Add to Reservation
Case 2: If it's a new customer, click Create New Customer to create the profile
Enter the customer information you know and click Save and Add to Reservation button
Step 5: Once all the mandatory fields have been entered, Save button will be enabled. Click it to save the created reservation.
Step 6: Select the Creator of the reservation.
Step 7: Choose whether to send a confirmation SMS when saving the reservation.
The reservation is now saved and can be viewed on the Floor View as below.
Step 1: Go to Timetable tab
Step 2: Select the date, and click the intersection point of the table & time, click Reservation button at the bottom which will open up the Reservation Form.
Step 3: Enter the desired information in the Reservation Form. Time & table number were already selected, select the remaining details like pax etc. and follow the exact process to save the reservation as shown for the Floor tab above.
