You can revert a Canceled reservation to an active one by changing the status of the reservation.
Floor
1. Click Cancelled status button at the far right of the reservation which needs to be reverted.
2. Select Accepted (or any other desired status such as Confirmed) from the list of status.
3. Select the user who made this change to the reservation.
4. Cancelled reservation is restored to Accepted reservation with table Unassigned.
If a reservation is cancelled, the table that was previously assigned is released, so the reservation is displayed with a red question mark which means the reservation is not tagged to a table.
You can click the reservation to edit and assign a table.
Edited history can be found in Audit Trail tab of Reservation Details screen that appears when you double-click the existing reservation.
