Existing reservations may be easily copied to other days while retaining all important information such as customer details, reservation memos, and even desired table number for easy convenience.
Copying a reservation can be done in the following manners:
Floor View
1. Select the reservation you wish to copy and click Edit Reservation button displayed at the bottom of the screen.
2. Click on the Copy Reservation button to copy the selected reservation.
- The Copy Reservation screen will appear. Select your location (shown as Current Venue) and click the Copy button.
Note: If there is only one venue within the chain, or if only one is accessible, this screen will not be displayed.
4. Arrange seating for the copied reservation. Additionally, adjust the date, time, and menu as needed, then click Save to finalize the changes.

・When copying a reservation to your own venue, the menu will be copied, but payments will not be.
・If you wish to invalidate the original reservation, you must change its status to Deleted.
・If the original reservation has a payment, changing the status to Cancelled, No Show, or Deleted will prompt payment processing. Since payments are not copied with the reservation, please handle it separately.
Additionally;
・If there are pre-authorizations to be released: Releasing pre-authorizations may be required before copying a reservation to another venue.
・In case of cancellation policy violations: A cancellation fee request screen will be displayed before copying the reservation to another venue.
If you wish to invalidate the original reservation without notifying the customer or counting it as a cancellation, please set its status to Deleted. If necessary, you may also choose an appropriate status other than Deleted. For details on when to use Cancelled, No Show, etc., please refer here.
Timetable View

Across Different Shops
This feature is not possible if your account does not have access to multiple shops.
1. Select the reservation you wish to copy and click Edit Reservation button displayed at the bottom of the screen.
2. Click on the Copy Reservation button to copy the selected reservation.
3. The Copy Reservation screen will appear. Select the venue you wish to copy the reservation to, and click the Copy button.
4. A window prompting you to either Select New Status or Keep Original status for the original reservation will appear. Proceed to step 5 if you chose Select New Status, otherwise, go directly to step 6.
5. Choosing Select New Status will bring up the Status Selection window. Select Deleted.
If you wish to invalidate the original reservation without notifying the customer or counting it as a cancellation, please set its status to Deleted. If necessary, you may also choose an appropriate status other than Deleted. For details on when to use Cancelled, No Show, etc., please refer here.

If needed, enter a cancel reason, click Save and select an updater.
6. The venue the reservation was copied to will appear. Select a table, and once the reservation has been completed, click Save.

Upcoming Reservations The original copied reservation as well as the new one will be visible in the diner profile under Upcoming Reservations. The new reservation will have Copied displayed next to it as shown. |
