Displaying the Seat Categories from TableCheck on [Reserve with Google] – TableCheck Help Center

Similar to TableCheck, "Reserve with Google" can also display Seat Categories.

There are settings that allow you to show or hide categories based on your preferences. For example, if you want to make credit card information mandatory for reserving private rooms, so you can select to only provide categories other than private rooms on Google.

1． Go to "Venues" on the left side of the Settings screen.

If you have another settings page such as "Sheets" opened, please go to "Setup" -> "Settings".

2． Select the Setup button for the venue you wish to set up.

3． Input settings related to the Seat Categories.

Hide	This is the default selection. In this condition, "Reserve with Google" will show the all available reservation times without showing seat categories.
Required	Seat Categories will be displayed on "Reserve with Google". If you select Required, a button will appear to display the Seat Categories. (See the next section, "Seat Categories to Display")

① Choose 1 to 5 Seat Categories from those currently used in TableCheck to be displayed on "Reserve with Google".
　※Selecting less than 1 or more than 5 catogories will result in an error, and the settings cannot be saved.

② Once the display settings are completed, it will appear on the "Reserve with Google" screen as shown.
