Adding Notes for Reserve with Google

It is possible to add some notes regarding reservations, which the diner will see when he/ she makes a reservation at your restaurant through Reserve with Google.

Below are the steps for adding notes about reservations.

1．Go to Shops on the left panel on in Settings.
If you are on a different settings page such as Sheet, Click Setup→ Settings
2．Click the cogwheel icon for the outlet you want to add notes for.
3．Go to App tab and scroll down to Message from Merchant (Google Reserve). Add the notes (text) that you want to display for your diners. (Max 4000 characters)
Click theicon to display the text box for adding translations into enabled languages. By entering the text in the target language here, it will be displayed according to the language set on customer's browser.  You can also auto-translate the text by clickingicon.
Please note that formatting like bold, italic, font colors, etc. cannot be done on this note.
The added note is displayed to the customer as shown below.
Please note that any settings changes done for Reserve with Google will take one day to be reflected.
