This article explains how to integrate Chope reservation notifications.
The merchant contacts Chope support or their representative with the following details:

Include the Following
- Request Details (Notification Integration with TableCheck)
- Forwarding address for gourmet site notifications ([Support Number]@inbox.tblc.hk)
- Via TableCheck Settings
The support number is shown in the top-right corner of the home screen toolbar.
- Via TableCheck Manager
Open the hamburger menu and scroll down; the support number is located at the bottom.
Chope reservation notifications are integrated by having emails sent to the forwarding address for gourmet site notifications ([Support Number]@inbox.tblc.hk).
However, since emails may be delayed or undelivered, we cannot guarantee their arrival. Please consider the Chope integration as supplementary and rely on the Chope management screen for accurate information.
In case any of the following issues occur, please deal with the customer directly, without involving Chope.
- Double bookings
- The customer has arrived, but the venue was not made aware of the confirmed reservation.
- The customer has cancelled the reservation, but the venue was not notified until the day of the reservation.
