Case 1: When the Block Lock is enabled, it is possible to create a reservation at a time overlapping with the block time.
Case 2: When the Block Lock is disabled, it is not possible to create a reservation at a time overlapping with the block time.
On clicking anywhere on the block, only the option to view/ edit block details can be seen, (no option shown to create a reservation at a time overlapping with the block time).
