■ New Features & Updates
- The Payments Screen has been simplified.
- On the Unprocessed tab of the payment screen, only the reservations that need to be processed are now displayed.
- In the payment tab of the reservation details page, the amount after processing is now displayed.
- Deposited Amount and Charged Amount are now displayed on the payment tab of the reservation detail screen.
- Partial refund is possible.
- On the Payments tab, the actual payment amount and the reservation amount are now displayed.
- On the Payments tab, "!" Is displayed for a reservation with error, and an error message is now displayed.
- Table memos are now displayed on the floor & timetable views.
■ Details of Main Additional Features
Please note that Credit card payment requires an additional application.Also, it takes about one month from the time of application to start using Credit Card Integration.
1. The Payments Screen has been simplified.
Only the following tabs are displayed.
- Unprocessed
- TableCheck Pay
- Prepay
- Deposit
- Cancel Fee
- Payment Request
2. On Unprocessed tab of the payment screen, only the reservations that need to be processed are now displayed.
Previously, reservations that did not require processing were displayed on the "Pending" tab, but in future, reservations that meet the following conditions will be displayed.
・ Cancellation processing, or those requiring credit release
・ Payment failed
3. In the payment tab of the reservation details screen, the amount after processing is now displayed.
4. Deposited and Charged amounts are now displayed on the payment tab of the reservation details screen.
5. Partial refund is possible.
So far, only full refunds were supported, but partial refunds are now possible.
6. On the payment screen, the actual payment amount and the reservation amount are now displayed.
7. On the payment screen, "!" Is displayed for the reservation in error, and an error message is now displayed.
8. Table memo is now displayed on the floor screen / chart screen.

Follow the below steps to add the memo for a table and see it on the Floor and Timetable screen.
Step 1. As shown in the above link, click on Edit table and enter desired text in the Memo field in the Settings.
Step 2. In the Manager system, select Memo for the items to be displayed -> select Memo
The memos will be displayed like below:
- Floor Screen
- Timetable Screen
