■ Details of Main Additional Features
1. Ghost Blocks
Ghost blocks can be added to a table that is being reserved by other user(s).This will prevent duplicate bookings at the same table / time when creating a booking.
※ It is necessary to enable the setting for ghost block before before being able to see it on the Manager system.
Steps to setup Ghost Blocks
Go to Shops - >Setup icon
Click on the App tab & select the checkbox TS Use Ghost Blocks
2. Table Locks
It is a feature with the help of which a table that is assigned to a reservation by one user cannot be changed by another user.
■ Before table lock
■ After table lock (When the above lock icon is clicked, it changes to a red lock icon)
※ To activate table lock, it is necessary to activate the function and set the authority for the users.
Steps to set-up table locks
Go to Shops ->Setup icon
Click on App tab and select the checkbox for Use Reservation Table Lock
■ Setting of authority
Go to Roles → click on the Edit button for the desired role
Select the checkbox Lock reservation table
