1. SMS messages can now be entered and sent by the Reservation Staff.
2. It is now possible to cancel and refund all bookings on a selected date.
3. Custom status names are now displayed in the status drop down in “All Reservations”.
4. If the customer name is missing or different while importing an OTA reservation in Online tab, the existing customers in the system with matching phone number/ email will be displayed.
￭ Details of Additional Features
1. Reservation Staff can send notices in SMS messages to the customers.
A message can be added to the SMS that is sent to a customer. When you add a message, an SMS will be sent as "Notice".
*Please note that this feature if for only sending SMS and is applicable only if SMS is enabled.
*When a Notice Message is added, it will be displayed on the Reservation Confirmation Screen.

It is possible to edit/ delete a notice from Edit Notice.
2. It is now possible to (bulk) cancel and refund all bookings on a selected date.
*Please note than this feature is applicable only if you are using Credit Card Integration feature.
