Find Customer Dupes
This function can be found in the Customers tab.
In this feature, the system generates a list of all potential profile duplicates within your customer database.
Every potential duplicate entry is given a score that translates its likelihood of being a duplicate.
The higher the score, the more likely it is a duplicate.
If you are sure that an entry is indeed a duplicate, you may choose to combine the two profiles with the Merge button.
Alternatively, you may choose to ignore an entry by selecting on the Not A Dupe button, to hide it from appearing in this list in the future.

Search results may also be filtered via the following fields.
