Charges will be processed based on the cancellation policy you have set in your shop.
(Example: 50% - 2 days, 100% - 1 day or less)
You are also able to charge an amount of your liking up to the full amount that was deposited, manually.
You are also able to choose to not charge a cancellation fee, even if the customer violates your cancellation policy.
Charging Cancellation Fee
1. Locate the reservation on either the "Floor Plan" or "Timetable" view, and click on its current
status to bring up the status page.
2. Change the status to either "Cancelled" or "No Show".
3. Select an updater.
4. Select on either "Charge Cancel Fee" to impose a charge, or "No Cancel Fee" to waive the
charge.
Deposited Amount
This refers to the full amount the customer has deposited upon making the reservation.
Cancel Fee per Policy
This refers to the amount that should be charged based on the current time and the cancellation policy set in your shop.
Cancel Fee to Charge
This refers to the actual amount that you would like to charge the customer.
You may manually change this amount.
※ The maximum amount you may charge is the deposited amount.
