New Feature

This feature allows you to check the number of reservations and the number of people in a week at a glance on TableCheck Manager.

Navigation

On TableCheck Manager system, 'Calendar' > 'Weekly' tab

Numbers

Left to Right No. of reservations No. of people No. of reservations with tables unassigned (1. & 2. include reservations that have not been assigned tables)

In the upper right corner of the screen, you can switch between "Start" and "Capacity" for the number of groups and people to be displayed.

Start: Displays the total number of groups and number of people with reservations starting at that time. Capacity: Displays the total number of groups and number of people who are at the venue at that time.

Color Coding

The color is displayed only if the pace rules are configured.

Pace rule is a feature that sets an upper limit on the number of groups and people that can start reservation at a venue at a time,  and the number of groups and people that can be at the venue at a given time. Click here for more information

The color will change depending on the percentage of the number of people or the number of groups of reservations (including unallocated reservations) that are in TableCheck and configured under Pace Rules. Green： Orange： Red： 1% - 74% 75% - 99% >=100%

Making Reservation from Weekly View 

When you click on a particular slot on the Weekly view, you will be directed to the reservation creation mode on the Timetable view.
